LWA is a Small Group Training Center with sessions and FREE Childcare. The sessions start as early as 6:15am - see Cardio and Strength Schedules for session hours! The Center hours listed above are open for clients to come in and catch up a session on their own with the posted 5x5 Workout listed. Come join our community!
