This 2-Day Event will focus on Building Skills on Thursday then Executing these Skills in Tabata Style Drills on Friday!! Even if you have been kickboxing for awhile, it is always good to brush up on your skills!! Or, if you are new to kickboxing - you will love it as well! Then on Friday night cap it all off with some beers!

Here’s how the 21 day Knockout Challenge works: Pick your trainer and register online! You will gain access to exclusive workout videos from your trainer. She will personally go through examples of each exercise used in the workouts, offering form tips, modifications and intensifiers. This enables you to tailor the program to suit your own purposes and level of conditioning. You’ll also gain access to a Ladies Workout Asheville Fitness Grocery List with 2 nutritional plans which also offers guidelines for meal prep, and provides detailed grocery lists—making getting in shape easier!!

•    Unlimited access to your Trainers online workout videos!
•    Both programs can be done from anywhere! Minimal equipment required!
