This 2-Day Event will focus on Building Skills on Thursday then Executing these Skills in Tabata Style Drills on Friday!! Even if you have been kickboxing for awhile, it is always good to brush up on your skills!! Or, if you are new to kickboxing - you will love it as well! Then, follow it up with executing those brushed up or new skills while using our Polar Heart Rate Training System - with our trainers!!

Lastly, on Friday night following our training session we will have a nice night of camaraderie. Meet fellow kickboxers and maybe even create a new workout partner!!
