Meet Lily

Personal Training in Asheville

Lily Phillips is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. A trainer for over 5 years now, she has experience training first timers in the fitness world to former athletes, teens to 70+ and, anyone who is taking that next step for themselves to feel great! She has been certified in Spinning, Kickboxing, and continuing education in pilates, weight training & more. 

With a passion for fitness since her teens, she enjoys all types of exercise that challenge the body in fun and different ways. Her training comes from the heart, enjoying helping people become their best selves. She shares her knowledge of nutrition, fitness and mind/body connection to promote an overall stronger, happier individual!

Lily has a BS in Business and Entrepreneurship and is also currently working on becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has completed numerous half marathons, obstacle course races and a triathlon. 


Meet Heather

Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a Precision Level 1 Nutrition Coach, both are leading certifying bodies in the fitness industry. She also received a BA in Liberal Studies with a minor in Art History from West Chester University.

Heather has lived a healthy lifestyle her whole life. Her key areas of expertise is in working with clients who are looking to improve their movement patterns, build strength, develop overall fitness, and live better. She has worked with a myriad of different clients including those just getting started in fitness, and those who are experienced and are looking to get back into fitness. Heather also has experience working with Seniors, Weight Loss Surgery clients, and cardiac patients. 

Heather’s true passion is helping others, and what better way to give back than to help clients reach their healthy lifestyle goals. Whether your goals are weight loss, getting leaner and improving body composition, getting active, or all of the above, Heather would love to help you.
