LWA is Asheville’s Only Cardio and Strength Training Center just for Women! In our training center, each day we will guide you toward the right sessions for your level to build Cardio and Muscular Strength. GET STRONG. No more logging miles on a treadmill or going through the machines aimlessly. Each member is a training client. With Small Groups, we can focus on building you correctly at your level. At LWA, we have multiple trainers in each session to to check form and guide you using Heart Rate Training. This will help you understand how to build both cardio and strength correctly.   • LWA is a Small Group Training Center with sessions and FREE Childcare. The sessions starting as early as 6:15am - see Cardio and Strength Schedules for session hours! The Center hours listed above are open for clients to come in and catch up a session on their own with the posted 5x5 Workout listed. Come join our community!
